Do not export any of our products without first checking all US Government authorities. Exporting Level III and IV armor plates requires a U.S. State Department export permit. Some countries may require a Department of Commerce export license for Body Armor. It is the SOLE responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. and local Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes and Ordinances. Residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or military). We cannot ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military. Civilian ownership is allowed in all states however some have restrictions for previously convicted felons and some States have laws applying criminal charges to those who misuse body armor. RETURN POLICY
Under no circumstances will any returns be allowed on custom built and special order items. No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining authorization from B.W. Discoveries Corporation. Your request to return the goods must be received within 72 hours of your receiving them and must be shipped back at buyers expense within 72 hours of receiving written approval from B.W. Discoveries Corporation.
The original sales invoice must accompany all merchandise accepted for return. We issue the purchaser a credit note when we have received the goods back in good condition and without modification. The credit note entitles the purchaser to obtain other goods from us in exchange. Under no circumstances are we obliged to refund money.
Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping and the cost of shipping & handling charges on returns must be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any orders we agree to restock will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee on the original cost price. Please ship all returns to the address that will be designated, only when authorization is given to be restocked by B.W. Discoveries Corporation. It is the responsibility of the BUYER, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state or federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item from this on-line store. If in any doubt consult your attorney regarding local, state or federal laws before ordering.
BY PLACING an ORDER, the BUYER REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
International orders will be charged shipping and handling when shipped at the actual cost unless your own courier account is used.
