The Advanced Generation 4 MO4-4 is a Night Vision monocular with built in exclusive Smart Technology. This night vision scope from the line of our night vision equipment is an excellent alternative to night vision binoculars. Features also include fast all-glass lens, digital controls, a long range infrared illuminator and Proximity Sensor automatically turns the night vision scope ON when it is brought in the viewing position. Autogated/Film-less IITs improve night operational effectiveness in dynamic lighting conditions such as those experienced, for example, in night operations in urban areas. This film-less micro channel plate provides a higher signal-to-noise ratio than standard Gen. 3, resulting in better image quality under low-light conditions. An Autogated power supply further improves image resolution under high light conditions and a reduced halo effect that minimizes interference from bright light sources.

Units with 4th gen. autogated/filmless IITs have a typical resolution of 64-72 lp/mm and a minimum signal to noise ratio of 24.

The MO4-4 is so packed with features that it is unsurpassed by competitors in the same field. With high quality image intensifier tubes and fast lenses the MO4-4 has very high brightness output. Not only does it have unbelievable light amplification, the MO4-4 comes standard with our cutting edge "Smart" technology. This technology consists of a computerized proximity sensor, digital controls and a long-range infrared illuminator. The proximity sensor will automatically turn the unit on and off when it is brought to the viewing position. This helps save your battery life and the life of the unit itself. The digital controls allow you to activate or deactivate all of the features of the MO4-4 with an easy push of a button. We also built a powerful infra-red illumintor into the scope. This allows you to see even in total darkness with outstanding clarity.
